What a goober.
All right my friends, that’s all I have for you today!
For those of you running Rock ‘n’ Roll tomorrow, keep an eye out list to data for me near the split for the marathon and half! Once I found out I wouldn’t be able to run the race anymore because of my foot, I decided to sell my bib and volunteer instead. Fabio will be joining me too!And GOOD LUCK!
Hey friends! Happy Friday!
I feel like I swallowed a big old happy pill this morning and am just in the most wonderful mood. Part of that is because I had a fabulous workout this morning and was joined by my two favorite boys (one being a sleepy Fabio and the other being a playful Jack who kept dropping his slimy wet toys on the floor right in front of my face during burpees) and the other is because it’s a Friday before a long weekend. Woohoo!
I don’t have too many wild plans this weekend, but I am hoping to make it out on my grandparents’ boat for some tubing. No better way to close out the summer than splashing around on the tube, in my opinion
Before I get too far ahead of myself though, I still have this last work day ahead of me. To help your day speed by, please enjoy reading about some of my highlights from the week in another edition of Favorite Things Friday!
Favorite Sip
I recently received two free samples of Oi Ocha Shincha Green Tea from the company Ito En to try, and I have been totally loving them this week. If you’ve been reading this blog what to look for to get a personal trainer? for a while then you’ll know that I absolutely love green tea, and these bottled versions which I kept chilled were a nice alternative to the hot mugs I usually enjoy. They have a very refreshing mouth-feel (if that makes sense) and a lovely sweet flavor to them. If you like lightly sweetened tea, you should check these out!
Favorite Sleep
After recently being on vacation and sleeping in luxurious fax database hotel beds for 9 days, I have to say I got quite spoiled with comfortable down pillows and blankets, and started thinking about upgrading the bedding we have at home. Then late last week I happened to see a super sale from Joss & Main, and wound up getting 2 new down alternative pillows, a new down alternative comforter, and this cute duvet for less than $150. Not bad, right?
