The card of a person who left in the list “Left the Russian Federation 2022-2024” contains his first name, last name and patronymic, date of birth, as well as the date, direction and “reason” for leaving the country. There are only three such “reasons”: “the beginning of the SVO”, “announcement of mobilization” and “the mutiny of the Wagner PMC”.
The “Agency” checked 10 people who left Russia in 2022-2023 and did not find two of them in the database. Journalists found errors in two more cards.
